I have been doing a kettle bell routine (from a Jillian Michael's youtube video), but I can't seem to figure out how to log it. I have been logging it as "Calisthenics, vigorous effort" under Cardio, but it seems more like strength training than Cardio, and when I search for "kettle bell," I can't find something reasonable and comparable to the whole workout. Logging 15 different exercises of 20 - 30 reps each seems cumbersome. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I put mine under "circuit training". Not sure if it's right or not but it's what I've read others do.0

Another question on the same: does warm-up and cool-down time (stretches, etc.) count toward the exercise time, or do you have to exclude it? Thanks in advance!0
