Does anyone bother with supplements? I'm doing the P90X and + routine but hesitant to get into supplements. I was thinking of a post workout recovery but am concerned it is a waste of $ Any thoughts on this?

90% of all supplements aren't necessary and/or have any or little benefit to the general population especially if one is getting most of their nutrition through food. Save your money.
A multi and a fish oil supplement are 2 that are usually enough.

D3, fish oil and BCAAS for when lifting heavy when fasted are a good choice.0
