Kicking butt! (Lost 37 lbs in 11 weeks!)

Hi there.

I rarely post to message boards but I had to share. This app is a LIFE CHANGER!
It is so simple to use, especially with the bar code scanner.

I started on Aug 6. As a 51 year old male, I am 5'11" and weighed in at 206 lbs, with a size 40 waist. My cholesterol was 242, my blood pressure was high at 150/100, and I had host of other physical ailments.

Fast forward to today..
I weighed in at 169 lbs, I can run 5 miles in 41 minutes, and have a 34" waist. I dropped 37 lbs in 11 weeks! My blood pressure is now normal.

I just count the calories, skip butter and cheese, load up on protein, get enough sleep and followed the plan every day! For exercise, I alternate days between running and lifting weights at the gym.

Now, I look and feel great! Keep plugging away and you will get there. If I can do it, you can do.
