Any good inner thigh workouts?

I'm one of those people that all my fat goes to my thighs, and I'm having a hard time finding good inner thigh workouts. Any good ones out there?

Also if there are any good wokouts for arm flabbiness I'd love to hear them :-)

    There's these not so fun things called squats. You should try them.

    Can't spot reduce fat, it'll come off when it comes off. But work on squats, lunges, etc.

    Squats, bench press, deadlift and overhead press with progressively heavy weights for the last few months has really helped with my inner thighs and arm flabbiness.

    P90X has been conditioning my legs pretty nicely but like others said, you can't spot reduce. Some people, myself included, lose fat in that area last so you won't see the fat go away until you lose it through a calorie deficit.

    That being said, strength training your legs will be vital to your legs looking firmer once you lose the weight. Best to start that now to mitigate as much muscle loss due to that calorie deficit as possible.
