Yummy Post Workout Breakfast Apple Peanut Butter Yogurt

I have been having this for breakfast after my morning workout for the last few days and it is so good. It is probably what is motivating me though the workout so I thought I would share.
1 cup 0% Fage yogurt
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 apple chopped up
<or=1 tablespoon of peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
Cinnamon to taste
Mix all together and enjoy!
