How many days a week do you do cardio and strength training? For weight loss?

    Well, I try to do cardio every day. I generally run four days a week and then do the elliptical or go to spinning class three days a week. On the non-running days, I do strength training -- pilates (body-weight exercises) and weights.

    Greatist.com has some great daily suggestions for when you get bored or stuck in a rut. I mostly do cardio (walking) with some body weight and core exercises thrown in 2 or three times a week.
