Apple Raisin Bread Pudding
4 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter melted
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice ground
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
4 cups French bread cubes or Italian
1 large apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
350 degrees
mix eggs milk sugar butter allspice vanilla and cinnamon in large bowl until well blended stir in bread cubes apple raisins and walnuts spread evenly in greased 11x7-inch baking dish
bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean Serve warm
calories 374 sodium 247mg fat 14g carbohydrates 53g cholesterol 126mg protein 9g fiber: 2g

@dvdlover, I think the biggest thing is a lot of the recipes you post are not credited. It's okay to repost them (a lot of us want to share awesome recipes we've found and experimented with), just make sure to give credit to the website or person who created it. It's awesome to share, but you also want to make sure that the person who developed the recipe's hard work is acknowledged!0
