I love my nutribullet.. I make up my own, but base is with whey powder and then frozen berries and fresh greens and more fruit too. GEt one you like and you will never go wrong. lots on internet sites, and on nutribullet site too, but will all work in a blender as well.

My basics are usually almond milk either sweetened or unsweetened whatever is available at our stores, and banana and then either berries of some sort or pineapple! will start to cut out the banana though to reduce cals and try to stick to unsweetened almond milk!
  • I use:
250ml pure fruit juice not from concentrate, no added sugar
    50g mango
    25g blueberries
    25g mixed frozen summer fruits
    50g strawberries
    1 tbsp chia seeds
Most of the fruit I use is frozen so it keeps much longer and I add chia seeds for protein and substance :)

I do different varieties that are similar to the ones already posted. I'll just add that sometimes I add oatmeal so I feel fuller.

That's a good idea. Thank you for the tip!

What's the difference between the Nutribullet and the other single serving blenders?

So I make my smoothies as "ice cream" here in the summer. I just made some today! I keep dozens of bags of chopped up frozen bananas (which make it creamy). So add protein powder, berries, peanut butter powder (if you want) some water or milk (I use almond coconut milk) and whatever else you might want in there. Blend it up good, pour it into containers and freeze it. It's yummy!

This is what I'm doing right now:

a big handful of spinach and kale (about 1 cup)
    1 cup coconut water
~.5 tbsp. flax and chia seeds (each)
    .5 cup blueberries (frozen)
    .5 banana (frozen)
    a couple of frozen strawberries
    1 chopped rib of celery

Milk agar jelly. Sometimes with normal milk and sometimes its almond breeze or rice milk. It makes smoothies much smoother. It also helps make them more filling.

Strawberries, banana, blueberries, spinach, greek yogurt, and splenda

I've been doing 2 cups spinach, about 5 strawberries (frozen or not, whatever), 1 orange, a little slice of ginger root, small handful of ice, and 1/4 - 1/3 c. nonfat plain greek yogurt.

It is an ugly brown color but it sure is tasty! Actually looking to put in more greens or some flax/chia seed because it is pretty darn sweet.

Fresh pressed apple, ginger, pear juice, a little water
    Frozen blueberries, cherries, strawberries
    Half a pack frozen acaii
    Tablespoon raw cacao powder
Teaspoon powdered amla (mad high in Vit C! )
    Vegan vanilla protein powder
    Tablespoon flax seed
    Handful of kale or spinach
Half banana if you like it smoother

You don't need milks or yoghurts with this..it is plenty smooth and tasty and extremely healthy and nutritions...cna get me through 1.5 hours of advanced ballet class no problem and still only has about 230 Cals.
