The way you eat...

Imagine if our diet/exercise choices impacted our partners body instead of our own. There would be a lot more fit people around.

Well if it impacted my partners body instead of my own, that is still only one body it is impacting. Doesn't really turn that into there being more fit people around :\

.....or am I just reading this wrong...

Honestly, given how douchey some people are to their partners, that may lead to less fit people.

Part of my motivation for going to the gym and saying no to a second serving of ice cream is thinking of how much my beloved appreciates my body. It's much easier to kill it at the gym when I know he's going to be soothing the sore muscles later. Already I try to sneak in hidden veggies in the food I cook for him...I can only imagine how much healthier we'd both eat if we were eating for each other in a more literal sense.

So let me get this straight - I eat an entire cheese board and crackers and all the calories and after effects belong to my husband

    ...

I could live with that :grinning:

oh, if this worked, at least two of my exes would have killed me! One deliberately, one through stupidity. I'll take my own responsibility thanks! lol

This weight lost journey would probably turn more into a team effort don't you think?

I threaten to make Peanut Butter gooey cake and leave it along with a gallon of milk at home if my fiancé pisses me off. He has no discipline when it comes to his favorite treats at home and we both know he'd eat the entire cake and drink all of the milk, then be miserafull and gain weight. :)

On another note, as easily as he loses weight I'd live on a diet of burgers, pizza, BBQ, sushi, and sweets if he carried my calories

I'd be pissed. I'll stay in control of my own destiny, thank you!
