Hello there my name is Britney. Im 26 years old and have struggled with my weight since I was 18 after my daughter was born. Right now im at my highest weight with over 70lbs to lose. I am finally at rock bottom and at the point were its time to climb back up. I want to get healthy for my family but especially for myself. So off from that this is probably my 3rd "start" to my journey the first time I lost 40lbs and fell back into bad habits. I know the basics to getting healthy like everyone else but have issues as far as what to eat and having a wider variety of choices. I normally find a few select meals and eat those and get sick of them and then start bad habits again. So if anyone has pointers for me chime in

I am also looking to lose about 70lbs. This is my third time as well. I like to cook a lot so I have found it helpful to keep adding recipes to my database. My viewpoint is I do not want to say that I will never eat this food but I just watch quantities and calories. I still have the foods that I love.0
