I need suggestions for some nutrient dense foods that are a little higher on the calorie scale so I can reach my recommended 1500-2000 calories a day. I eat peanut butter once a day so I'm looking for more suggestions. I want them to be healthy too! Thanks!

I mix 2 tablespoons tahini and 1 of honey-makes a delicious spread!

Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds.
You can use it as I mentioned or make a sauce for veggies with it or use it to make hummus.
It is very nutritious!0
