Maintenance Calories

Wondering what your calorie intake is? I use the sedentary lifestyle on settings although I am a stay at home and up and doing light stuff most of the day. I work out 4-6 days a week doing a variety of cardio and weights. I also have PCOS which slows down my metabolism. 1700 calories seems to be a good number where I am not gaining or losing. I am 5'5" and 150...just wondering what others calorie intake is and if my PCOS has my metabolism really slow or not so much. Thanks.

Maintenance calorie intake can very greatly from person to person. The best thing you can do is pick a number, like 1700, try it out for a month or two and if you're maintaining your weight then that's your TDEE. As a 26 year old female at 5'8, 173lbs, fairly active job and working out 4-6 times a week, I maintain at 2300-2500 calories. When I am in the office for work and therefore more sedentary, it's closer to 2100.
