I do pee in the shower when the need arises. I don't go out of my way, but I'm not going to hold it back, either.

No. In fact I was horrified when my mother confessed she peed in the shower all the time. Yuck.
Over. I used to be an under girl, until I bought a roll of TP with a printed pattern and realized the print would be upside down if I didn't have the roll unfurl from the top.
I squat to wipe. Somewhere between sitting and standing.0 -
If I shower in the morning, no. Shower in the afternoon? For sure!

yes, like you, when I need to - but, for decency and ethical reasons I try to aim directly down the plug hole.
Toilet paper, I presume you mean how it is positioned in the holder rather than how it is applied to wipe ones residual matter from ones bum area...... (afterall, I don't have any bodily members to wipe "over")... if that is the case, I have never noticed... and
wipe - if a #1, I'm a male, with a male special hanging member, so I would most likely dab the end whilst standing, after 3 or 4 shakes (anything more than 4 would be inappropriate), if a #2 ... i would adopt a half standing half crouching position, I guess the best way to decribe is the poistion I took when I was surfing...
but, enough of that.. how did you get to do that totally amazing 'Spoiler' thing????

I always try to go pee before I get in the shower but would if I had to. Under to cut off easier and sit.0

Yep, won't go out of my way but if I must pee and I'm there I hit the hole.
I typically won't put my toilet paper on the roll. I'll set it on top of the roll and then when I roll out I wrap my hand.
Um sit to wipe, I have a young son and we're doing potty training he stands so we can assist with wiping to make sure he's clean. I thought it'd make a horrible mess but doesn't. Also why don't adults use baby wipes? It cleans better and overall is softer on the bum.0 -

I use them, though the ones I buy aren't labeled as baby wipes.
@OP: Yes, sometimes I do. I'm the only one who uses it anyway. I don't know which direction the tp hangs, don't pay attention to that really. Sit.0 -
