Okay sooo I think im messing up with this eating healthy thing!! I have fruit and slimfast protein shake for breakfast and chef salad or progressive soup for lunch . Snack I.eat either Greek yogurt or more fruit. But after I come home from work my meals are not so healthy such as hot wings or even a bowl of spaghetti then I might even have a oatmeal pie. As I do and over view of my calorie intake im still under my goal. Is this wrong?

Nope, caloric deficit = weight loss. You need to make it sustainable, and if this is how you do that, then so be it.0

As your goals change, your needed intake will change. If after you lose weight you want to tone up and add muscle mass, you'll need to begin keeping an eye on things like your protein and other macros. If you find you're overly hungry after a few days of this current way of eating, then you should look at protein anyway, and fats. If you're low on those you might want to adjust a little bit to help you feel fuller longer. Other than that, it's whatever works for you. As long as calories in < calories out, you'll continue to lose.0

No, it's not. I'm 52 pounds down and I had Taco Bell tonight (I'll regret this one).
If you're under your goals, you're fine. It's all about balance. If I cut out the foods I loved, I *would* fail at this.0 -

If your current goal right now is to lose weight, then no. Weight loss is nothing but a deficit, calories in vs. calories out. If you stay in a deficit then you are fine. You can lose weight eating nothing but tacos and ice cream as long as you watch your calories. Your body just needs to burn more than its consuming.
