Hello Everyone,

I am new to Fitness and losing weight has been a long and hard journey. I have about 40-50 pounds to lose. I signed up with My fitness pal for a better understanding of what I am consuming and how to mange diet and exercise so I can start to see results.

I hope to support others during their journey, gain insight and help from others on this journey and to accomplish the goals I have for myself.
