Half Way There! (with pics)

I started MFP after seeing a picture of myself that was took around the first of June. I joined MFP a week later and started weighing in 2 more weeks later. That weigh in I weighed 220 lbs and 5'2". So the first pics I am sure I weighed more then that. The second group of pics was took last night at 180.2 lbs. Since June 25th (4 months ago), I have lost 40 lbs. I am half way to goal. I have not weighed 140 in probably 20 years (I am 34).

I followed my calorie goal set by MFP and I work out any where from 3 to 6 times a week. I do mostly Zumba and other dance videos. I don't belong to a gym. I pretty much eat what I want but just in moderation as long as I don't go over my goal. No fried foods and I only drink water and coffee.
