Old but new MFP friend

I write the subject line as that, not because of my age, I'm 46 but I don't consider myself old, but because I started this about a year ago and didn't keep up with it. Now, I'm tired of watching my weight go up and down. I purchased a Withings Pulse, and will be wearing it constantly.
It's really gamifying my routine, which for right now is:

It's really gamifying my routine, which for right now is:
- Get up at 0540 and either stretch for 20 minutes, or the get on the elliptical for 20 minutes. Doing either every other day so I have 6 days of doing something.
- Committed to walking 10k steps every day. (Not there yet but getting close).
- Taking up yoga.
It's time for this gamer to really get fit and trim!

Okay... You are not old. In the if you are 40 (in my opinion) you are in the best years of your life. Finished with the dumb stuff, know what you want and who you are......now is your chance to use what you have leaned and live! Just go for it.0
