WHY DO I EAT SO MUCH?!?!

Don't worry, I know the answer to that one. It's because of mental illnesses that people tend to eat more & more, lessening their chances of losing weight. BUT, there is help out there!

I have spent 6 years studying physical health, fitness, nutrition, & mental disorders. I know the strong connection with mental illnesses & weight loss, & first hand know the struggle.

Suffering from depression made me very lazy & crave high calorie junk food. But I stopped all that.
