Alright all you martial artists out there - I don't care if you study tai chi, practice MMA, play judo, or whatever else you do. I want to hear how MFP and losing weight in general have changed your martial arts practice.
I am a brown belt (san kyu) in aikido. I have noticed a big difference in my ukemi (rolls) and in my ability to maintain long work outs with lots of reps where I'm getting up off the floor constantly. My knees are a lot happier!
