What to do

Wasn't making my calorie intake for several weeks usually doubled., had a lot going on and was eating terrible, still logged but it was redicuolis to even look at. . It was almost like every day was a very poor eat up day. Had myself down to 112, planned on just under 100, but got myself in trouble from those couple weeks and actually put back on 4. Not liking it at all, but I did know what I was doing. Wondering use the 12 week plan until I meet my goal, and then go to maintance. I also think I was confusing my lepton level, by not working with a plan each day. And how do I actually start maintance. What to do?
