Just saw a pic of me before I joined MFP

This is probably the worst I have been, but was still around 17 stone when I joined MFP, within a year I got to 11 and have been maintaining for the past year. Its like two different people, the weirdest thing was when I was that size I didn't even think I was too big...

    Congrats on the job well done! I know how you feel when you look back and compare photos, I never thought of myself as 'fat' though is was pointed out to me when I showed someone my before and after photos. Sometimes it is still hard to accept that the world sees you as something 'new and improved.'
