How to deal with...

So how to deal with celebrity fitness lies. Every so often one of my friends will ask me how I lost so much weight and "got muscles". Then when you try and help them, you have to break all this crazy stuff down.

The latest one that just popped up Nick Jonas puts on 12-15 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks. I can see by his puffy roid nipples, just how he got that 15 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks. Then he lost about 10 pounds of the muscle with yoga(I am sure it had nothing to do with coming off the steroids).

Putting on 15 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks is kind of crazy, or dropping 15 pounds of fat in a week like on some tv shows, but people like to believe this stuff. Then when you tell them you just cant do this kind of stuff, it is almost like they get insulted. It also demotivates me how people get away with all the lies. I don't want to be rude to people but its getting hard not to be.

Just tell them if that was true, EVERYONE would be thin and toned. Great job on your work.

Everyone is looking for the "easy" way. Unfortunately easy is usually temporary. Unless you have a team of doctors behind you the extreme weight loss strategy is dangerous. Way to go on your success. B)
