Food Is Fuel!

I have been a MFP for two years. I have made a discovery. If you tend to be overweight, as I am, there is success in sticking with a program where you are accountable. Being faithful logging in every day (or at least every other) and being brutally honest about what you are eating AND drinking, is vital to weight loss and maintaining the weight loss. We can kid ourselves that is doesn't matter what we put in our mouths that is causing our weight problems. Wrong. Excerise can help but at the end of the day it does matter what your diet is. I was successful with MFP and was steadily losing then I stopped logging in. Guess what....I have gained back almost all the weight I lost. Now that I have become a faithful MFP I have lost a third of what I gained in three weeks. MFP works...be honest...Remember food is fuel, burn what you eat and log in
