breakfast/brunch?

Ok this might be a stupid question, but I am just trying to make sure I do everything right. I got up early with my newborn, then after the kids were off to school I went to sleep. I woke up late so I am wondering if I should just skip breakfast that I have planned and move on to lunch, or should I still try to fit 3 meals in? Or just maybe snack more? its 11 a.m. right now. Suggestions?

I'd just skip breakfast at this point. It wont harm you to skip a meal once in a while0
