Then I must not be a girl. When I workout, even if my body is failing/in pain/pushed to the limit/I want to barf, I feel high, not low.
Must be a "relying on perceived external form of validation (God) instead of internal impetus" thing.

Yep, there have been two times. One was when I first started working out regularly a few years ago. I was doing a Jillian Michaels DVD and couldn't get through more than 11 minutes of the workout. I sat on the floor and cried. The second time was actually this past spring. I was training for my first 10K and I was just having a bad run. I was so frustrated with myself that I sat under a tree and cried while walkers passed by staring at me. It was awesome. Oh well!0
