Confused by my activity level?

I'm a student, however work 4 days a week in.a department store. I'm on my feet all day and walk to and from work every day. Also, I walk to and from uni & town everyday when I'm not working.

Would my activity level be considered as lightly active or active? I'm a bit confused since MFP dropped the description on the activity levels!

Thanks,
Gemma

I hope this help I c&P from the setting page

How would you describe your normal daily activities?

Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)

Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)

Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)

Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)

I not sure what you should put as you're activitie level

i would err on the side of caution and list yourself as "lightly active". after a month or two, you can re-evaluate your levels using the oTDEE method to see where you actually fall.

I'd say you're active, cuz it seems like you're always walking everywhere.
