I was wondering what the views on Innocent fruit smoothies are?
I loooove them, however just one bottle can contain about 30g sugar and carbohydrates!
Still, this sugar is from "natural sources", but that is still a high amount of sugar!
If you stay within a healthy calorie range, can innocent smoothies still be a healthy addition to your diet? Or would it just be like drinking a bottle of coca cola with vitamin c added?
What's your favourite innocent smoothie?
