Hi everyone!

Just introducing myself. I've tried to start MyFitnessPal a few times and it hasn't ever stuck. This time I feel confident enough about it to actually post an introduction. I've been counting calories for three weeks and I've lost 17.9 pnds. I feel so much better already. I have a looooong way to go, for sure, but it's time and I'm ready for the long haul. Thanks for being a great and informative community. I learn so much every time I come on here.
