Not Losing Weight...Need Advice

Hi everyone!
So I've lost about 50 pounds using MFP two years ago. I'm trying to now lose the last 20-30 lbs I have left. I did weight watchers back in April and got down to 176 (currently 189/190). I stopped that and decided MFP was free and similar to WW. I've been following MFP and working out, but my weight just isn't dropping! I eat about 1630 calls a day. Any ideas
or advice? I'm about 5'10 and relatively active.

Are you weighing and measuring your food? Remember the closer you get to goal the more critical the accuracy with logging becomes. How long has it been since you've lost?0
