Need Help With Rehab From Achilles Tendon Tear...

Does anyone have personal experience overcoming an Achilles Tendon tear? I tore mine two months ago. I am now trying to work my way out of the air cast/walking boot. I need some advice on rehab exercises that worked for you. I am not patient. I want to get back to running, basketball, etc. I have not stopped working out my upper body. Thanks in advance for your help.
