So there are two options in food diary. One is 300 one is -300 and when I put the 300 in it acts like I ATE something that was 300 calories. When I add the -300 it does not change my total Rec calories for the day. How to fix this ????
(When I was breastfeeding my daughter I would click extra calories for breastfeeding and it would act like exercise --- adding more calories to my daily goal)

My mom always told me the best thing you can do is weigh your child (yes, literally weigh her) so she would always feed +/- 1lb (i'm not sure of the amount, but you can find that out i'm sure) and weigh the child so you know of the nnumber they've eaten and to give an estimate if they're full..0

If it wasn't clear to others as well from my first post I AM PREGNANT W SECOND BABY. Was just using the breastfeeding example to clarify I know it's possible to just add calories to your goal.0
