Tips for Maintaining!!

Hi all,

I've reached my goal now and really don't want to lose any more, from reading other posts, upping my Intake by 100 cals and see if that works looks like the best way forward.

Anyone got any tips on what foods to increase? I eat enough fruit, I'm thinking something more substantial without being fatty but more than fruit or veg.

    "Get super toned"=eat your body weight in grams of protein and lift.

    and fat wont make you fat.. a calorie is a calorie... carbs or fats.. your choice
