I get so confused about bread takes so much time and get confused about all the labels.
I'm currently eating Helga's Wholemeal.
I'm not sure what is a better bread I'd like something high in fibre. Helga's Wholemeal is 6.1g in 2 slices and 213 cals.
If anyone knows a good high fibre bread in Australia would appreciate the help and thank you.

Take the confusion out and eat more vegetables, then the type of bread you eat is pretty much inconsequential.0

Definitely eat more vegies. But i used to eat Helgas for a long time. I prier the wholegrain versions than the wholemeal. So what if they have a little more fat. Its only from the seeds.
But if i were buying sliced bread now, i'd go for Lawsons. Coles sells it. Its really nice. Obviously don't chose the white one.
