I officially finished my 10 weeks of Alpha/Beta T25. I am going to take a week off before I decide what my next work out program but would love to get some suggestions. I decided to not continue to Gamma as I still have a lot of weight to lose. I thought about redoing Alpha/Beta phase but thought that maybe its best if I try something new and do Alpha/Beta phase later. BTW, I also do two strength training sessions with a trainer twice a week. Would love any suggestions.

How were your results with alpha/beta (curious as I'm on week 4). Congrats on finishing the 10 weeks. That's awesome! My goal is to get through the ten weeks. Take a week off and start again. I'd really like to get better at some of the workouts I modified. Hoping that will be easier as I get stronger.0
