3 weeks of maintaining.

Went down from 75 to about 65.5kg (169cm) and am now hovering around 52.2 for around three weeks. Been on two trips during that time where I decided not to track food (how to track doro wat and injera, or other unknown food) but everything went well. I'll keep up tracking again in due time but first I'm going on vacation to Thailand and Cambodia. As I'm not booking big resorts with buffets there's not much of a chance that I'm overeating (too many things to try doesn't work well for me). Didn't do any sport during the last three weeks apart from bike rides in terrible northern European wind and rain, and walking and going to concerts at the other trip but that's fine. I started again today.

Congratulations. Sounds like you did great.
I do a lot of international travel in South America, Europe, and Africa. It's surprising how many foods are in the MFP database.0 -
Thanks.. Oops, didn't mean 52.2 but 65.2. Something went wrong there. Anyway. I'm really happy now. I was wondering at first how I'd know when to stop, but it just felt good and I stopped. Plus those two trips helped in that decision.0

Great job, our systems need that break and reassurance of new routines, whether it means travelling, ect, ... it assists us in our goals and physical awakening. Great stuff0

Yea, my weight still varies between 65.0 and 65.3 (always lower on weekends). In just over two weeks I'll go on vacation to Thailand and Cambodia, and afterwards I'll see what I do. Probably continue to maintain, and pick up strength training properly again.0
