kinda new here

Hello I'm Elizabeth I'm 21 with 2 kids and both were c sections..

I weigh 217 right now and need/want to lose about 50-60 pounds I tried working out about a week ago and it hurt me so put where I had my c sections at I felt like I has being stabbed in the stomach... Please fell free to add me and help me I'm not sure how to start exorcizing with out hurting my stomach.

    Exercise isn't as important as counting your calories, when you're just starting out. In time you'll find pain free ways to exercise - maybe try swimming?
