Guilt to stay on track - need positive change!

Hey :]
I'm not exactly sure where to start with this one, but this is about a change for the better. I have a huge tendency towards disordered thinking when it comes to food, and I've realised that my technique to stay on track has always been to absolutely beat myself down to no self esteem so that I force myself to stick to my plan or whatever. However, recently this has just led to a futile (and very unhealthy) cycle of binging and restricting. I was doing so well two weeks ago and feeling really positive, but last week hit and I was battling so hard to make up for a treat meal at the weekend that everything went out the window and I started spiralling downwards (I am, however, thankful for this week as I learned quite a lot). Now, I'm absolutely determined to start my positivity over. I've upped my calories and prelogged my meals, so I'm less tempted to cheat and not hungry enough to be legitimately craving a binge, and not just because I'm feeling crap, and I thought who better to ask what are the positive ways you guys make yourself stay on track, particularly when you're tired and not seeing what you want? I'm already healthy and have a BMI of like 21, so I haven't got that to keep me going. This is about more than pounds I would like to lose, it's about boosting my self esteem, believing in myself and dragging myself up when I do something positive instead of feeling angry and disgusted at myself when I stumble.
Thanks in advance x
