Hello I am new to these boards. I am here basically for advice what to do next. I am 5 foot 8 1/2 and weigh 136 pounds. I was previously 187 pounds but I lost the weight over several months of eating healthy.

I want to know whether to maintain, lose slightly more or gain more. I have also gave up smoking recently as well so I am using a lot of sugar free gum just now.
