How to resist temptation of junk food and find time to exercise in college?

I go to a local community college and live at home. The hardest thing for me is stress eating and eating junk. At my college, there is so much access to junk food, every time a club or organization has an event (which is often, pretty much every day) there is free pizza or ice cream or candy. Even when I bring my own food, I'll eat the lunch I packed but if I see any free food I cannot resist it, I have NO willpower it's so hard for me. Plus, I always have money on me so even when I don't see the free food, I always get a snickers or candy bar in between classes at the cafeteria or vending machine. My program is really stressful, plus I am the president of a club, and work, so I have a lot on my plate (no pun intended) so I tend to stress eat and eat to cope with everything I'm feeling. How do I gain the willpower to resist? Do you have any tricks or tips that help you? Most days I am out of my house from 7am-9pm so I eat out a lot. I don't have to, but it's more convenient and that's a problem.
The other part of this is exercise. I'm in school full time and I work. The few days I have off I am so exhausted all I want to do is watch TV and have to work on homework. I try to set my alarm early to get up before classes or on days I have off but I cannot force myself out of bed (again, willpower.) I hate exercising, and it is hard for me to force myself to do it when I'm so tired. Any advice on that? Tips or tricks? I think it all comes down to me giving in and having a hard time with willpower.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Junk food is my biggest struggle too. I know it's hard because junk food is just sooooo freaking tempting. Have you tried planning your meals in advance. I like to go ahead and write out what I am going to eat the evening before. But the willpower part, yeah, that is one of things that is tough. For me, I got a mental picture of my health goal(what I want to look and feel like) and focus on that when the junk food craving kicks in.
I work and just started back to school. So as far as exercise, I had to sacrifice sleep to make time for it. It's not fun, but it's worth it. Ask yourself which you want more, sleep or to get healthy.
I hope some of that will help you. Good luck to you. Feel free to add me if you want.0
