I have just joined this site and really don't know what I'm doing. What I do know is that I've finally found a way of eating and a frame of mind to sustain it one day at a time. I have always had a weight problem except in my early 20s. Since I've started keeping my food diary, one month ago, I've lost 11 of arugula, baby spinach and other raw veg. as well as drinking at least 2L of lemon water/day. So far, so good. I will be posting on this site and reading posts as well for inspiration.
