So, it's really cold out now where I'm at and was wondering what I can do to workout in a small space. I want to do something inside that's just as effective outside. Like cardio stuff. any ideas?

Effective for what, cardiovascular health? You could easily just go for a walk in a warm place. Like the mall. Or just do jumping jacks in your basement. Or jump rope if you have the room.

If you're referring to it being effective for weight loss.... well exercise is not for weight loss. It's for fitness and cardiovascular health.

    Resistance bands and weights.

Edited: Oh, wait... I just re-read your post. You want cardio? The poster above had a great suggestion. Workout videos.

I just finished Turbofire. It is considered an intense cardio program but it is fun and you can modify the moves if you need. I am not sure how much room you have but I feel like I do not have much room and was able to complete the program fine.

I also like Body Revolution a lot. I keep going back to it. It includes light weights and some cardio.

Belly dance. It's all about form and it's still a cardio burn.
