Dumb Lifting Question

I am very new to this, so please forgive the stupid question I am about to ask. When I tried to log my lifting, why is there no where to put in calories burned? Today was my first day and I loved it and burned 168 cals per my HRM in 20 minutes. I want credit for that! :-)

If you want it to show log it under cardio0

HRM's will not be accurate for cals burned. Although lifting does burn cals, that is not where the benefit of lifting is.
that said you can log "strength training" in the cardio tab to get an estimate of cals burned.0 -
Aaahhh! Thanks!0
