Hello everyone,
I had surgery 09.29 and I have been ok'd for light exercise. I can only lift 10# and only a little above waist high (not able to lift above head or laterally). I tried chest flies with no weights and right now, that is a no go.
I am thinking walking, squats, lunges. Pretty much core and legs I guess. Any other suggestions? I would like to lose 20-30# to get to a healthy BF%. Thanx!
