meal prep help!!!

I wanna start preparing meals for the week. I just need a better understanding on how you cook all the meat, veggies and all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Well, what veggies do you have? You can roast them in the oven on a cookie sheet with spices and garlic. You can do a stir fry and add pre portioned later depending on what you have.

    If you have some chicken you can roast that with garlic, salt and lemon.

    Portion everything out for grab and go behavior, you are set.

    Edited to add: Take inventory of what you have and google recipes for the specific ingredients.
