Could someone please explain macro nutrients for me ? I have tried to read a little on this but just got nowhere.

1 g protein / lb of lean mass (minimum), .35 g fat / lb BW (minimum), use the rest for carbs, okay to go over protein/fat. 25+ g of fiber0

Just kidding.
Depending on the diet plan you choose. You'll set the percentages of fat/protein/carbs that you have to eat in your diet. For me, I do high fat, med protein, low carb so they look more like 75/20/5%... but they're all valid. Just research the plan that's best for you and stick to your macros.0 -
