Could someone please explain macro nutrients for me ? I have tried to read a little on this but just got nowhere.

    1 g protein / lb of lean mass (minimum), .35 g fat / lb BW (minimum), use the rest for carbs, okay to go over protein/fat. 25+ g of fiber

    Just kidding.
    Depending on the diet plan you choose. You'll set the percentages of fat/protein/carbs that you have to eat in your diet. For me, I do high fat, med protein, low carb so they look more like 75/20/5%... but they're all valid. Just research the plan that's best for you and stick to your macros.

    Hello. Follow that link and read the whole article. If you're still confused after that come on back and tell us what part you don't get. It confused the heck out of me when i first started too.
