One Hundred Pounds!

Today I got on the scale and discovered that I finally made it to my first goal: I've lost 100 pounds.

It took 721 days. I lost about 2 ounces a day on average. It was tedious and difficult, and I backslid for about three months where I gained about 15 pounds back.

Eventually though, I got back on track.

MyFitnessPal was a vital tool in getting this far. Tracking and planning my calories was easy and simple and I'm not sure I could have been as successful without a great tool like MFP.

    Congrats! That's awesome! I'm at 92, I can't wait til I break that point, so I feel you, it's a great accomplishment!
