favorite cardio workout at the gym

What kind of cardio workouts do you do at the gym? I find all those machines really boring. I can't bring myself to get on a treadmill or elliptical. Trying to think of something more interesting to do...

i particularly like tumminello and cosgrove. those can also give you some good ideas of your own complexes.
as for machines, i only do rower or versaclimber0 -

I like rowing quite a bit, but elliptical is a good alternative.0 -
I enjoy the cycling classes and even though I used to hate running, I have picked it up and I love it.
The treadmills have screens on them so you can watch movies or video's. Time passes by so fast.0 -
I prefer to run outside for my cardio, always different and lots of sights and smells to take in0

The only 'cardio' exercise I can stand doing is swimming. If there were a track near me I'd probably take up sprinting, too. Max effort lifting is enough for me, though.0

Cardio kickboxing. Great cardio, and kills back and arm muscles you didn't even know existed.0

i like running/walking on the treadmill (as im too unfit to just run)
we have tvs in front of them so i just watch that and time flies0 -
None! Seriously, I need a good kick in the butt to get me to do this! I just get too bored on a treadmill. I'm going to start riding my bike this week. At least it's something.0

My overall favorite form of exercise is Zumba and other types of cardiodance...0

I do circuits to keep it interesting. Sprint for a certain distance, bike a distance, do a lift set, and then go through again changing up the distance or speed each time. Keeps my body guessing and keeps me motivated to try to be faster and better0

I personally enjoy running on the treadmill but I only do one "long" run a week. (For me a long run is 3-4 miles) During the rest of the week I do sprints, box, biking, and sets of burpees.0

Zumba, power walking, Eliptical, tread and squats. You can get a great burn from of any of them.0
