Thought i'd post this and see what responses people give and could possible inspire others, I guess i'll start first.

1. Company of others
2. Eating good healthy food
3. Being active
4. Reading (as it usually takes me away from reality)
5. Meditating

    2. Being helpful to others
    3. Spending time with those I love (family and friends)
    4. Dancing (I take classical ballet)

    My kitty General Gingerwhiskers :)
    Proper sleep
    Staying on top of my eating habits
    Good company (which usually leads to good laughter :) )
    Having "me" time. This could be meditation or deep thought, reading in a quiet room, writing.
