Hi I'm Casey, I live in Pennsylvania, a mother on 1, married, and I love animals! I have 2 cats who are like children to me, and my son is my whole world! I have been on mfp since april of 2012, its been on and off though, due to bulging discs in my back and other issues. I am not leaving this time around though. During exercise I listen to some of my favorite artists/bands. Disturbed, 5FDP, Kenny Loggins, Def Leppard, A7X, Pantera, etc. I make sure I am pumped for my workouts lol. I love metal, rock, jazz, classic country, 80's, 90's alternative, and some of the older rap. I enjoy walking and riding my stationary bike as exercise, and running after my son lol. I really want to lose weight because i need too!!!! I got depressed and went on a fast food binge back in 2009 and my cholesterol is up now because of it. Any tips or anything for me would be nice :) If you would like to add me and get to know more about me just do so and I will accept!

    Nice to meet you again. You are really trying. Focus on one or two things at a time. I would suggest you put some music on and dance! I responded to your other post. Have you had your 8 glasses of water today? Have you moved your body? Have you logged everything you have eaten today? Do what you can! Smile! Message me later if you need to.
