New diet plan is this right?

I am 18, female, 9st 6lbs and about 5ft 4 inch! I realise my plan before was probably a little too low on calories so I've decided to use a BMR calculator to help me make a new one! My BMR is 1342 calories a day which is how many calories I would burn doing nothing! Can someone help me figure out how many I would need to eat a day if I did no exercise (I would be about 4 days a week) but ate at a deifict? Thanks!

You are already at a perfect weight, I'd recommend figuring out your TDEE and eat no less than TDEE -10% if you still want to lose weight.0
